Effective Wednesday, January 8th, the FLIP area will be relocated at Norfolk International Terminal (NIT).
Drivers are to enter from Railroad Ave. and stage on the eastern end of the designated area until serviced. See the image below.
Drivers will exit through the Chassis Service Area (CSA).
