Extended Saturday Gate Hours Virginia International Gateway (VIG) and Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY) – Beginning April 26

Beginning April 26^th, The Port of Virginia will observe the following Saturday operational hours for Virginia International Gateway (VIG) and the Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY):

• Virginia International Gateway (VIG) truck gates will open at 0800 hours, with an inbound portal closure of 1600 hours
  • PRO-PASS mandatory reservation hours will be in effect
  • Final reefer pick-up at 1530 hours
  • All empty returns will be designated by the Empty Return Matrix
• The Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY) truck gates will open at 0800 hours, with last trucks handled at 1630 hours

The weekend operational hours at all other marine terminals and support facilities will remain unchanged – closed.

We will continually review commercial performance and forecasts, ensuring that gate hour capacity aligns with customer demand.
